Ann's pieces are carefully designed, finely crafted and most pieces are Hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office.

 

Payment

You can purchase them online by Visa or Debit Card or through PayPal. Having a PayPal account isn't necessary, simply choose the 'Checkout as a guest' tab when you are directed to the PayPal payment page. All Ann's jewellery is made by hand therefore no two pieces will be identical, there may be small differences.

 

Delivery
Pieces can usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days, however at busy times it can take longer. I will contact you if this is the case, alternatively email me before ordering to check. For all UK orders postage is free.

The jewellery comes in a presentation box. 

 

Terms
If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from Ann Hume Jewellery  please contact us by phone or email through the website.  Items must be returned  in original condition  and original packaging within 14 days of receipt of item.  It is recommended that all returned items are sent fully insured by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or International equivalent as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items being lost, stolen or damaged.  Once we have received the returned items and are happy with the condition of the goods a full refund or exchange will be given.
