Crafted in Sterling Silver and vitreous enamels, this pendant was inspired by the cruach, which is the final stack of peat positioned near the croft. The peat clods were often stacked in this herringbone pattern to allow the wind to dry the peat out and the rain to fall off.
It measures 2.5cm and is hung on an Omega chain 45cm/1.2cm
Hallmarked at Edinburgh Assay Office.
